A1. Yes. We will be happy to arrange them for you. Please request for the arrangment when making the reservation.

Q4. How does each kaiseki course differ? What kind of dishes do you offer in each course?

A4. The courses differ in the number of dishes and the quality of the ingredients used. The menu differs every day among courses depending on the availability of ingredients. Please inform our staff about your diet preference when making reservation.

Q5. Can you accommodate food allergies or eliminate certain ingredients for religious reasons?

A5. Yes, we can change some of the ingredients upon request. Please inform the staff about your preference when making reservation.

Q6. Can you arrange any special dishes for celebratory occasions?

A6. Yes. We offer menu with red rice (sekihan) and intact sea beam (tai) prepared with head and tail intact in kaiseki courses. We can have your messages written on the food as per your request. Flowers and cakes are also available with additional cost.

A7. We offer assorted Tsukudani (food boiled in soy sauce) and our original sake.
