KAWABUN was known as the purveyor of fine dining to the Owari Tokugawa family. Our skilled chefs transform seasonable, local ingredients into perfected Japanese dishes. Enjoy recipes passed on throughout history, like our Salt Steamed Abalone or Wild Duck cooked with Sweet Sake. We also offer seasonal sweets made by our patissiers, and if you’d like, you can even order things that aren’t on the menu. Our Omotenashi spirit is evident in all of our menu items, created for the sole purpose of making every customer’s experience a fantastic one.
